**** When inspector arrived, no sanitizer solution was made, but active food prep and service was occurring. When notified, facility made a quat solution at the proper concentration. Ensure that sanitizer solution is made and at the proper concentration to allow for sanitation. Ensure that these are cleaned often to prevent accumulations.
